The Nameless Crypt is a system-agnostic adventure where you get to investigate an underground Crypt and interact with its denizens. It is likely to work best with an OSR-style system. It is manageable as a one-shot, but then it's a good idea to start at the entrance to the Crypt.

I have used Electric Bastionland to playtest it, and it worked really well.

What's it about

All have forgotten of the thunder and fire that struck the sky a millennium ago. And few know of a deal with the thing that came from the wreckage and made a local boy into a renowned folk hero - Teraz Bulbetz.

Fabled to rule these lands for at least three hundred years, Teraz found his demise at the hand of his jealous son and was buried in the Crypt decorated with the remains of the same carriage that fell from the skies.

The nearby village of Great Bulbetz had not recovered from the death of its namesake, growing smaller and poorer with each passing century.

To make matters worse, it is now plagued by the menace of the thieving Mole Folk. Previously, kind creatures that only left their underground tunnels to trade for food. In a year's time, they managed to clear the village dry of any metal, no matter how precious, and now began to also steal food and anything else they can get their hands on.

For a few weeks, a new oddity has fallen upon the Great Bulbetz - the Crypt, long forgotten, started to shine bright purple, disturbing villagers' sleep. Some speak of a strange voice reaching to them in their dreams. Everhungry..
